Her journey began at David's Bridal Alterations in her early twenties, where she honed her skills and discovered her passion for making special occasions even more memorable through perfectly tailored garments.
Beyond her expertise in alterations, Whitney is an educator at First City Creatives, where she shares her wealth of knowledge with enthusiasm and flair. From hand sewing to mastering the intricacies of using a sewing machine, Whitney's classes offer a comprehensive learning experience. She also delves into the vibrant world of fabric dyeing and crafting unique items from textiles.
In addition to her extensive experience in sewing alterations and teaching sewing classes at First City Creatives, also works as a school teacher. Due to her teaching commitments, appointments for sewing alterations or classes may be limited and subject to her availability.
